Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent–Teacher Conferences will be held Friday–Saturday, September 12–13, 2025.

Format: On-campus meetings by appointment; limited online slots for families who request accommodations.
Booking: Reserve a slot via the PTC Portal (link on the Parent Dashboard). Appointments close Sept 10, 5:00 PM.
Early Dismissal: Sept 12 (Fri) — classes end 12:00 PM; no afternoon co-curriculars.
Venue: Main Building, 2/F–3/F faculty rooms (check your confirmation email for the room number).
What to bring: Student ID (for check-in), questions/concerns you’d like to discuss.

If you do not see a PTC slot that works for you, contact your child’s adviser via the Contact page to arrange an alternate time.
